Team Events for School Classes and Clubs, Ages 12+
School outing, class trip, club day or anniversary: we bring a programme that groups aged 12 and over can enjoy together. Five formats that have proven themselves for this, at special rates for schools and clubs.
Who the programmes are for
Our formats come from the corporate world and work just as well with school classes and clubs, as long as everyone is at least 12 years old. We do not run programmes for younger groups.
In Germany, year 7 (Klasse 7) is roughly age 12. Ideal for a school outing day, project day, class trip or leavers' trip. For whole year groups, several classes can take part at the same time.
End of season, youth team trip or an afternoon between two competition phases. Something different from training for once.
Scouts, church youth groups, youth fire brigades, holiday camps. Mixed age groups are fine too, as long as everyone is 12 or older.
Choirs, music and theatre groups, supporters' associations. As part of an anniversary programme or as a thank you to your active members.
Five programmes that work with classes and clubs
We deliberately do not offer the other formats in our range to schools and clubs. These five are easy for young people to follow, need no special skills and leave nobody out.
The class or club splits into small teams and explores the town with a tablet, solving tasks at real places before everyone meets up again at the end. Plenty of movement, very little explaining. 2–3 hours, up to 500 people
Each team cracks a locked box secured with several locks. Works in a classroom, a clubhouse or outdoors and only needs tables. 2 hours, up to 500 people
All teams build sections of one shared domino run. The big moment comes at the end, when the stones fall and the sections link up. 2–3 hours, up to 500 people
A hosted quiz show with tablets and a big screen. We tailor the questions to the group, with rounds about your school or club if you like. 2–3 hours, up to 500 people
Stations with small tasks that can only be solved together. Indoors or outdoors, good for mixed groups because strength alone will not win it. 2–4 hours, up to 250 people
Typical occasions and what suits them
Two to three hours of programme, leaving time for a picnic or the journey back. Good fit: GPS City Rally, Team Challenge, Beat the Box.
On the first day to get to know an unfamiliar city, or on the last day as a shared finale. Good fit: GPS City Rally, Beat the Box.
A shared afternoon where the usual strengths are not what counts. Good fit: Team Challenge, Domino Challenge, Quiz Show.
A programme for young and old in the clubhouse or a hall, ideally with questions about the club's history. Good fit: Quiz Show, Domino Challenge.
Supervision, insurance, weather
We run the programme, supervision stays with the school or club. These are the points that should be settled beforehand.
Teachers or youth leaders are present during the event and remain responsible for supervision. Our game leaders take care of the running order and the materials.
Participants are covered by the usual accident insurance for school pupils or club members, just as at any other school or club activity.
For programmes outside school, such as the city rally, the school obtains parental consent as it would for any other outing.
The city rally takes place outdoors, suitable clothing is all you need. Beat the Box, Domino Challenge, Quiz Show and Team Challenge also work indoors, in an assembly hall, sports hall or clubhouse.

There is no fixed discount table, because group size, duration and programme vary a lot. Tell us what you are planning and we will send you a quote at special rates.
All materials, the game leaders on site and the planning with you in advance.

Frequently asked questions from teachers and clubs
What is the minimum age?
12 years, which in Germany is roughly year 7 (Klasse 7). We do not offer programmes for younger groups.
What is the minimum group size?
20 people. Depending on the programme, up to 250 or 500 participants are possible, so whole year groups can take part.
Do you come to our school or clubhouse?
Yes. We set up Beat the Box, Domino Challenge, Quiz Show and Team Challenge at your venue, for example in an assembly hall, sports hall or clubhouse. The city rally starts from a meeting point near you.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
Ideally a few weeks ahead, so the school or club can plan everything. Short-notice requests are possible, just ask.
How long does a programme last?
Two to three hours, the Team Challenge up to four. That fits into a school outing day or an afternoon.
Can the questions be about our school or club?
For the Quiz Show, yes. We agree a round of questions about your school, club or anniversary with you beforehand.
